Types of Learning Disabilities

ADD & ADHD

All too often students are being tagged with these labels because they show some symptoms including being easily distracted, failing to concentrate and being bored.  It is not believable that so many millions of children have developed a "condition" which didn't exist until 20 years ago.  Some learners who have been helped with TURBO-TUTOR® have been weaned off of the drugs and may never return.  TURBO-TUTOR helps them to concentrate and learn.  Drugs do nothing to improve IQ and they are often used to mask the problem and control the student for the benefit of others.

Dyslexia

The inability to decode words correctly can be overcome.  Dyslexia (a term used interchangeably with LD) can be overcome and you can help your learner do so in your own home.  TURBO-TUTOR will help your learner to learn BETTER and MORE EASILY.

Pre-Schoolers

Children who are read to, and who interact with parents in an educational manner are given the priceless gift of a magnificent head start in formal education.  Youngsters who have played TURBO-TUTOR enter pre-school with better vocabularies, better sentence structure, better logical thinking and better computational skills.  They start faster and may continue to progress better than others.

Non LD Improvement

Students who are already performing well may turn into academic super-stars because, by the use of  techniques programmed into TURBO-TUTOR, they are developing higher levels of concentration.  Students who have used TURBO-TUTOR report even better performance in music and athletics as well.

Adult Illiteracy

Adult illiterates have been taught to read using the techniques of the TURBO-TUTOR games and by spending no more than 30 minutes a day with a helper,  all in the privacy of their home and no-one needs to know.
